These terms apply to the interpt.co website and to the products and services sold by interpt, the trading name of Paulo Rosário, sole trader, NIF PT253648920, Av. Nuno Alvares Pereira, 52, 2300-532 Tomar, Portugal, [email protected]. Where a specific product has its own terms, those apply in addition to these.
The website
The content of interpt.co is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate and we correct mistakes when we find them, but nothing on the site is advice for your particular situation. The interpt name and wordmark are ours; the software libraries the site uses belong to their authors under their own licences.
Buying from interpt
Prices are shown in euros and, for consumers, include VAT. A purchase is complete when payment is confirmed by our payment provider, Stripe, and we send the product or access details to the email address you gave. An invoice is issued for every sale. For subscriptions, the period and price are stated at checkout and you can cancel at any time for the end of the current period.
Digital content and the right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU you have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. For digital content that is delivered immediately, we ask for your consent at checkout to start delivery within that period; when you give it, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, as EU law provides. For services, the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed with your agreement. To withdraw, write to [email protected] within the period; refunds go back to the payment method you used, within fourteen days.
What you may do with what you buy
A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own purposes, or your business's. You may not resell it, share access to it, or present it as your own work. Where a product's page states different rights, such as a commercial licence, those apply.
Automated services
Some of our products and support channels are operated by software agents. They identify themselves as automated when asked, and a person at interpt is responsible for what they do. If an automated answer is wrong, tell us and we will put it right.
Our responsibility
We deliver what is described on the product page, and we fix or refund what does not work as described. Beyond that, and except where the law does not allow us to limit it, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumers in the EU may also rely on the mandatory rules of their own country and may use the alternative dispute resolution bodies listed by the Portuguese consumer authority (consumidor.gov.pt) or the European online dispute resolution platform. Livro de Reclamações: livroreclamacoes.pt.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published.
